Guardian Roof Cleaner
	Guardian Roof Cleaner is a safe, biodegradable product that crystallizes on the roof preventing the growth of moss, lichen and fungus by changing the pH factor of the roof to an alkaline. Moss, lichen and fungus grow in acidic environments. Guardian Roof Cleaner acts as a cleaner every time it rains causing much of the moss, lichen and fungus to gradually clean off of the roof. This cleaning action is very gradual so you won’t need to worry about it clogging your gutters. The length of time to see a visual difference depends on several factors: roof age, level of deterioration, roof pitch, quality of roof and the weather. The fastest is around three months, the slowest is just over a year. The moss is no longer doing any damage once the roof has been treated, it’s just a matter of waiting for the rain to wash it away. Guardian Roof Cleaner can last up to 5 years on shake roofs and 3 years on composition and tile roofs. It has no color but can appear milky white on composition and tile roofs if the roof color is dark. This milky white appearance will fade as the product is worn away by the rain.
